How much untill I am not limited anymore?

When can I start posting in other sections of the website? How many posts do I need?

I know its frustrating.  I was so confused why I couldn't reply to anything. I didn't realize the limitation and had to get on an IRC channel where someone helped me figure it out.   

With that said.... 1 post down 4 to go.
