I might be wrong but i believe some exchanges were already trading btu the coin of the split that were going to happen, soo now there wont be how they will deal with the coin they made based on news? If those will remain the same have coins into exchanges would give us the same thing or just the coins into the wallets would get both coins?

This is actually not good! At the moment, 1 BTC = 1 BTC. If we hardfork, 1 BTC (old) > 1 BTC (new) + 1 BTU (new). The value of the whole bitcoin economy (with the value of both chains combined) will drop...
