To the contrary, it is almost a certainty that at least one person has at least 100.

Bitbar blocks are currently 0.3 and DEcreasing, not like 88 for CHN or 200 for FTC. You probably need to divide by 1000.

But at 1 second per block, it's producing more coins than for example if you are mining Bitcoin. I think the time it takes to mine 0.01 bitcoin, you will definitely have more than 5 bitbar
