transaction blocked while fee is quite huge and does not exist???

Here is the concerned transaction: 6920f0bb586af2e394cc5271ae6178057b5d5042db8dc12c4cd259767f26ffe3
Strange thing is that blockchain explorer can't find my tx id... I'm a bit worried.

I've put 1.6mBTC of fee so I don't really understand why it gets stuck.
As it's the first time I got a tx stuck for more than 12h I'm not really aware of the procedures I can use. I believe there are transaction accelerators no?

I don't understand, is my electrum wallet the only one thinking the transaction exist??
