In order to start participating in the Twitter campaign, do I need to fill out a form or just provide the first report on the work done and I will be included in the table?
There are no form or google application form for joining, you just need to answer the application form/code in the first page that i will quote here:

300-1500 followers 175 SNC Tokens/week
1501+ 350 SNC Tokens/week
Payday will be 30 Days after the Token sale. Ill message everyone who joins this campaign for their address once i receive tokens for payout. I don't currently hold the tokens for this campaign.
If your tweets arent posted by 23:59 forum time Friday you will not be Marked as qualified for the week. If you wanna be a last minute fool, its gonna be your own fault youre not paid.
