Scammed by user BTCplayerpimp

What happened: I was in need of a PayPal account which at the time BTCplayerpimp happened to have.The said user agreed to use escrow and the only available member to provide escrow informed me he doesn't hold any sort of accounts{for his privacy will leave him out} so i thought if this user can sale several accounts one account sale can't go bad. Sent funds to the user and I only got a PayPal email and password of which BTCplayerpimp did not surrender email access and phone access to me and I keep pestering him for this not until after 36 hours of sending several emails and PMs here on the forum did he send part of required info and he did not deliver the full package of what was agreed as I was to get a Google voice number and all information for the linked credit card which were never delivered. Since I never had email address access everything is back in his possession

Additional Notes: User did not login for 1 whole day that is the 8th of June as I waited for last response from this arrogant scammer.
It is not much but seeing his selling all sorts of digital items I believe his scamming spell is not yet over and a tag would be enough to deal with this user for now and will send a warning to others. He also seems to have a huge digital footprint and this scammer needs to be stopped before he steals other peoples money! His footprint https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/paypal-account.943488/

Because their times when you login into your account and as a security feature you need proof of ownership which you can do either by phone or provide credit card numbers

The key question here however is different, why the hell people buy paypal accounts?

Because the try to hide the real id to scam someone in the future or do other shady activities!
