I also have trouble getting my Sapphire 11256-10-20g (hynix) over 24Mh/s.
I copied all 1:1500 and 2:1500 timings to those below them (my card has 2 groups of timings?!?), set mem to 1945Mhz and TDP to 100W.
Any ideas?

Try this one.
1126/2000 -96 in afterburner, -asm 2 -ethi 16 -dcri 48 in latest claymore = 29.6 Mh/s

Since you have hynix you're only going to want to copy the 2:xxxx memory straps. Got my cards to work

Oh I forgot to say that I'm running linux, so any mods for me are at the BIOS level.
So you say that if I change the first group of straps will have a negative impact on the hashrate?

Yea for hynix (and samsung I believe?) the 2:xxxx strap times are what matters for hashing. I was modding both too and it wasn't effecting the hashrate, read somewhere to just do the 2:xxxx and it worked. Try it out
