I withdrew from Vircurex and it never arrived.

1. Vircurex customer service is not answering.

2. It was for a Devcoin withdrawl of 500

3. My customer had this Devcoin wallet (that I think they found on this forum) but when they downloaded it, even though it said Devcoin wallet the wallet said bitcoin so they weren't sure (it is the first Devcoin transaction for each of us).

4. When I withdrew the 500 devcoins to the address they gave me, Vircurex said "Success 500 Devcoins sent" but I did not see any link for a transaction history of code to confirm this. Vircurex withdrawls do not have confirmations that I can find. Do they exist?

Thanks.

Alex

In vircurex, hit the 'Accounts' tab on the top left of the page, then below that hit 'History'. All transactions should be listed including address. Re devcoin, there are a few wallets. That one is devcoin although there are now newer wallets here - devcoin site

Thanks, Vircurex only responds to about 20% of emails (on different, rather than same topic), they ignore the rest, it takes days for them to respond, and then when they do respond their answer is at a level that a new person cannot understand the answer that they give.
