More than a third of British Airways flights from Heathrow have been cancelled as disruption to passengers enters a second day.
The airline was hit by a worldwide computer system power failure on Saturday, causing cancellations and delays for thousands of passengers.

I know that feeling. Been there when Y2K(bug) phenomena happened. I was stuck in a US airport (LAX) back then.

But things like this was scary as first. You are caught unaware and you don't know what to do and its so frustrating. You want to go home without hassle then this things happened. Yeah, the airline should be liable for everything and need to reimburse every customers. This is the worst for IT support personnel as well, I guess they needed to upgrade their network infrastructure so that they can prevent another incident like this.

I feel pity for those on urgent business and needs to get to where they are going very fast. As long as they are compensated very well, then they should best it very well.
