Hello,

On Saturday 20 May in the evening, my ballance was 0 BTC.
In that week i did much transactions but there were big delays an the network was backlogged.
At this time all my transactions are confirmed and there where no double spends.

When i looked into my account on Sunday 21 May i had a negative ballance off -550 EUR BTC.
The days before and the same day Sunday, sometimes my funds did not load.
So i am sure it is a bug in Blockchain.

I Emailed Blockchain many times and they say it was because network was backlogged and there where unconfirmed transactions and blabla...
I spit out all my adresses i have used on Blockr.io and all transactions had no issues. All was fine.
I Emailed Blockchain again and again i gave my xpub but they don't respond anymore.

What can i do in this situation and is there somebody with the same issue?

Thanx in advance,
Johannes

If you actually know your addresses and you can see the money while using a blockexplorer then you need to export your private keys and import them to another wallet. If the addresses were generated from blockchain.info legacy wallet then having the keys should be easy, If the addresses were made using the new HD wallet then follow this tutorial.

hahaha, sorry to laugh, miner nowadays only focussed on high fee transaction rather than entertain low fee, what i know, more than 200000 transaction stuck. if you use online wallet, better use service with high fee. localbitcoins one of the good online service i use, because their fee depending on network fee. sory if i am wrong. teach me more about cryptocoin.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

So what's your main problem here? Is that your funds on blockchain.info didn't load  properly? Did you double check your internet connection? And what platform are you using? Computer/laptop or any smartphone? Did you try to clear the cache of your browsers? Maybe you should try blockchain.info's android/IOS for better performance.

Hello,

Thanx for reply.
I can not see the money in Blockexplorer or any other bitcoin explorers.
I refreshed all my internet cache and i use multiple pc's and android app.
It just shows - 550 EURO BTC thats all. All transactions were confirmed i used high fees around 450 Satoshi/bit.
My big mistake was that i have refunded it while it was -550 EUR BTC with around 1250 EUR BTC,
so my balance was positive back as you can tell + 700 EUR BTC.
I had just to refund to Electrum what i am now using.
I mailed to Blockchain support and after the first mail from my original adres i use on Blockchain they suspended me from Zendesk Support.
I mailed back severall times with another mailadres but they just don't response anymore.
As i think there must yet a IT expert that can solve this problems.
I feel really stolen from Blockchain. Sad

I think i gonna give it up i tried all i can...

Thx for help,
Johannes

It still make no sense honestly, the blockchain technology is meant and supposed to make everything traceable, If there is no trace where your funds went then something this is illogical. Its also has nothing to do with the wallet you are using because they don't store any wallet info so even staff members can't have access to them.

This is the first time i heard this kind of issue. Contacting their costumer service is a good choice however i'm not sure they will reply your ticket soon since their cs is bad in solving or at least reply their members ticket, you need to wait maybe in a couple months untill they reply your ticket. Well you're not the only one who tired to contact their cs, many people were complained about their cs. I think biggest company like blockchain should hiring more people as their cs team.
