how to Flash my BIO's MSI 470/480?

Hello I'm looking for someone who has recently flashed their BIO's for their MSI 470/480 Cards, any directions and step by step help would be greatly appreciated.

all card have Samsung and hynix chips what is the correct memory shift timings that I should use?

There are plenty of Youtube videos on how to do this.

Quick rundown w/o much effort

1) Download polaris bios editor
2) Copy 2:1750 memory straps to all higher 2:xxxx timings
3) Flash to single GPU
4) Reboot, test, try another
