As long as they can't prove their system is fair then we can think that winners belong to them and that part site owner needs to prove that they are not rigging and not me. If he needs more time to come up with fair system why can't he stop it lottery system time being?

I totally agree with your point , even if you properly take look in the winner they are mostly from the fresh account created recently are winning the top prices and only some time old accounts are winning but that too low level winning prices. So you can know it that how can always new accounts are winning and old accounts are not winning in top prices.

Maybe they are interested in implementing a more transparent lottery system. They are running this site more successfully quite long time but they got a difficult to implement a more transparent system. I always thought people are only gambling there because they try to increase their collected dust to a reasonable amount instead of getting those small transactions which only rise the fees of further transactions.
