The location is in the heart of Pattaya. All condos are freehold in foreigner name. The price is 60K EUR per unit, equivalent in Bitcoin

It's almost the price I paid -  I was financing the project while it was being built. There are a few condos for sale in the same complex, they are all by around 10% higher priced.
