Based on what I'm seeing on virus total... every one of the results seems to be nothing to worry about... I mean... obviously it's got a miner in it... and 'unwanted program' is nothing at all...

I believe the wallet uses IRC to find nodes, or so I've been told, at least on the older version, so that explains the 'ircbot'.


So IMO, there's nothing here that is actually alarming. Just my 2 sat.

Thanks for this. I did wonder with regards to false positives. Other wallets return a lot less than this though in terms of results, so I will still pass. Cheers anyway.
