I did a small test sending first 1.25ftc (1/200 amount of the agreement to improve after succesfull trades) and he never paid back.

Not a real misunderstanding. It was my fault, Praxis sent me coins very fast and I was working with a client mad cause his hard disk just failed and he lost tons of pictures.
I delayed my payment, sorry man!

Names are taken from googledoc used for exchange FTC/LTC and CHC/LTC before both coins moved to real exchanges. Your was originally added on LTC/FTC one, not by me personally. I dont have access to the doc modifications history, I'll let you know as soon as I can speak to the doc moderator.

Surprisingly, very few users have taken up the offer for this though, despite all the current escrow agents charging no commission...

bitcointalk should have a team in place to tackle spammers, scammers, and stop them from re joining ie IP block and also stop use of proxy use and have some sort of verification process of been allowed to trade. That is whats happening on a business and place like this am working on that if anyone is to trade or exchange has to go through a 4 step verification process before even been allowed to trade buy sell or anything like it.

Yes, the flood of scammers and scamcoins sucks. But I'm still surprised at the lack of interest in new escrow services...it's something users can do immediately without waiting for mod action.
