The image is not showing because OP is not yet a Jr. Member. Newbie accounts cannot post images even if you put the image tags on it. Anyway, I posted your picture below for reference and so people can see your image. When you get to Jr. Member, it will automatically show up.
Also smitty is right, you posted the wrong link. You must post the one with .jpg or .png or whatever it is. So I changed your link too.
