Feather Coins Lost in Transaction?

I've been trading FTC today and in the process sent several coins from one trading site to another. Two of the transaction have yet to be redeemed and not even a sign that they've been confirmed. I'm not too technical and wonder is it possible to lose coins in transfer. Its been over 5 hours now.

I really hope someone could shed some light I have quite a few coins hanging.

Was it vircurex? Mine seem to be stuck on 7 confirms over there...

no it was cryptonit, but i did send BTC to vircurex today which were stuck until about an hour ago

Not sure what happened with cryptonit, didn't it close and leave with peoples coins?
