I am downsizing my inventory of websites as I do not have time to maintain all of them. I am parting ways with a fairly new website based on penny stock trading via the Robinhood Mobile app.

http://www.robinhoodpennies.com/This site currently is growing at a wonderful rate due to the growing popularity of the mobile trading app. It is a Wordpress based website, with minimal content added, and is making a little bit of money off of Google Adsense currently. As stated above, I do not have the time to maintain the site, so I am parting ways with it for the right price.
This site also comes with a growing Facebook page and branded subreddit that are growing at a very steady rate. The site is currently hosted at Siteground, and can be transferred or hosted, as I bought a year of hosting and am fine with leaving it on the server.
This site gets 95% of its traffic from organic search terms as well as the domain being a search term in Google, and the rest come from Reddit/Facebook. I am an SEO consultant professionally, and have built some decent links to the site that have it ranking on the first 2 pages for the majority of the keywords I was targeting.

There is plenty of different stock trading referral programs that would pay way more than Adsense, but I just have not had time to look into any of them. It is nothing crazy as far as earnings go, but I literally added the code in the theme and thats it.

I am not expecting to get a ton of money, but I also know that this site will make me $1200 a year if I do not touch it. So I am not willing to take peanuts for it either. Lets make it fair to both of us, and I assure you with a little time and effort, this site will at the very least make you a decent profit with minimal upkeep.
