端午节吃粽子最应景,医师提醒,粽子含糯米、五花肉、蛋黄等难消化的食物,吃多恐导致胃痛、胀气,建议搭配富含膳食纤维奇异果、香蕉、苹果、芭乐、小蕃茄等,促进肠道蠕动。
据中央社报道,台湾亚东医院家庭医学科主任陈志道今天表示,端午节前后是肠胃科、家医科的门诊旺季,除了有人因吃多粽子导致肠胃不适、腹胀便秘等消化道问题,糖尿病、高血脂等慢性疾病患者也可能因吃粽导致血糖飙高,
陈志道指出,传统肉粽主要成分是糯米,且馅料多为高油、高盐、高糖等食材,如五花肉、香菇、花生及咸鸭蛋仁,不仅营养不均衡,糯米、五花肉、蛋黄等食材,因黏性高或属高蛋白,不易被分解吸收。
