I've receive the vouch copy. But seems like the account will not be eligible for the github educate package because github denied the request sent to them. I think OP tried to register using the vouch copy he gave me and github denied it.

Received vouch , the guide basically contains images to help you with every single step and i can this method does create edu email and you can surely create multiple emails with this method
Abouy github i really didn't as i already used it 5 times but i did try to get office 365 and it worked.

Unfortunately, i am 100% sure Github is not accessible with these .edu emails.
AWS - im 50/50.
