I am looking into the best way to incorporate bitcoin payments into my QSR coffee shop and ice cream shop. I currently use a standard POS to take orders and Square for CC. Below are a few key feature I am looking for and what services I have found so far.

Key features needed / would like:
- Fast inbound notifications
- Pin lock outbound transactions
- Cloud wallet prefered
- Support multiple mobile clients
- Real time conversion / input dollars gives bitcoin
- Cashout bitcoins to dollars in backend (real time prefered)
- Standalone mobile app

Possible Solutions: Local wallet
Bitcoin spinner or equivalent mobile wallet: This would be the most simple. Outgoing transactions can be pin locked. If transaction volume is low I can absorb any possible losses due to market volatility. Wallet is local on device.  FREE

Possible solutions: Cloud wallet / hosted service
Most of these have all the feature but have fees
Bit-Pay
WalletBit
Coinbase
BIPS

Has anyone found a solution that works well for your business? How easily does it fit into your current procedures?

Just pay the fees to BitPay or Coinbase. They're popular for a good reason.
