If localbitcoin has an escrow why are you selling an account someone can get for free? When buying btc no one cares if it's your first trade or not they will buy your btc, the only reason a person would buy a farmed account is to bypass some security measures put in place to avoid spam and scams.

2.The feedback left on your account will be used for a scammer to initiate deals with trusted members who will use your feedback as reference.Localbitcoins escrow is useless if the scammer doesn't have any personal info on the account.

3.I've left you a negative feedback and if I find the account being sold,I'll report it to localbitcoins and make sure they ban it.
