These are non pass-through shares.
The price for both shares will start at 1.25BTC each, minimum increment 0,01BTC

You will get 1/400000 part of ASICMINER power per 1 share.
You will NOT pay anything for space, cooling, electricity.
ASICMINER is constantly deploying new units.
At this moment ASICMINER power 11 TH/s.
ASICMINER will pay you dividends every week.

This auction will end in 48 hours!

There is no minimum number of shares to buy (but if only 1 share is bought no escrow will be used)

Hmmmm .00735415 is kind of low. Other auction is showing 0.143 BTC per share

How is that even possible? Dividends are, obviusly, the same for all the shares and you can find history of them in the ASICMINER main thread

there's like 400,000 shares, at 0.143 per shares that'd be 57,200 BTC per week lol

Sorry new to the whole "shares" thing. That's the reason I asked. Below is the post from the other auction.

"You will get 1/400000 part of ASICMINER power per 1 share.
You will NOT pay anything for space, cooling, electricity.
ASICMINER is constantly deploying new units.
At this moment ASICMINER power ~?? TH/s.
At this moment I've got ~0.143 BTC per share (note, that there was significant delay while ASICMINER was moving to the new data center).
ASICMINER will pay you dividends every week.

I think that now ASICMINER - is the biggest and the most repayable project on ASIC mining “board”."

Nightowlace: I believe that poster meant "~0.143 BTC" to date, i.e. cumulative.

Check G.ASCIMINER-PT at BitFunder and click the dividend's tab for a history of dividends paid.

Right now the dividends are "low", but if you believe the value of the shares themselves will hold or grow, it's free money.  For reference, ASCIMINER plans to have ~260 TH/s in 2-3 months (reference).

Sorry the auction is already finished, even if your bid is the highest one I think it is not correct for the other who took part to the auction.
So

yxt send 1.29BTC -> 1@1.29
fhh send 15.48BTC -> 12@1.29
julz send 8.96BTC -> 7@1.28

Address for payment is 1LRw9sukg5GaEtXrBvAKpbxNpbHLX5Y1N

If you really want shares you can buy some cheaper than 1.3 on btct.co I did that and did not have any issue at all. Good luck
