how many watt psu use this computer ?
any recommended psu ?

I wouldn't go smaller than a 850 watt if I were you.

You should look at 850W/1000W power supplies.
Unsure what you mean by "my country only supports TT".
If your electricity costs is high, you'll want to pay a bit more to get gold/platinum efficiency.

Then the most it will pull at moron stupid idiot settings is 550 watts.

A quality thermal take of 750 watts is fine
