Hey guys!

So, since at least Cryptopay and Uquid now require an ID verification even if you want to spend a small amount of bitcoins via PayPal and both of them (as do many others) use WaveCrest to operate these cards, it is now a rule for all WaveCrest-issued cards.

Do you know of any other issuer that allows you to fund debit cards with bitcoins and use them online (which is, obviously, includes PayPal) without asking for your personal information?

Thanks!

They all use Wave Crest for their cards, no matter if it's for visa or mastercard. I tried to search for something else than ssued by Wave Crest and have not found. The only thing i found is Lavapay and their "Anonymous Visa Virtuon"... Advcash wont ask you ID as long you don't reach the 500$ limit.
The market of debt card with bitcoin is still too small to see another company like WC issuing card.

as far as I know, Payeer at least virtual card offered without ID verification.

I think all card issuers require you to verify before you can withdraw paypal to card. Wirex, spectrocoin and all others I know requires you to be verified for paypal withdrawing.

Other sites also offer card without verification. For higher card top up, max lfietime load unload limits you need to be verified.
Also to be able to withdraw from paypal to card you need to be verified. That's what OP don't want to do.
