This doesn't bode so hot for resale value of 7950's though. I wonder how many were made... ATI/ the graphics div of AMD must be keeping the company a live... too lazy to look it up but I'm guessing it's safe to say that.

Looks like that was just a single (Sapphire) card that was either an RMA or open box item that was marked down (twice) to that price
