Do you just spam or you actually did check his feedback? click on the untrusted feedback tab and you will see a lot of feedback up to date!

b!z might have been quiet in the trading game for a while when you check his feedback, but I have always seen his listings for buying btc, if you want to see his history just check his posts and you will see that he only trades when he has funds he wants to trade, he doesn't open a thread like exchangers do where you will get a 100 responses, he does his trades like thebutterzone if I got the name correct.
