Yes i have 2 balanced mellowads accounts.

- MellowAds.com : 0.058 btc
- MellowAds.com : 0.024 btc
Total : 0.082 btc of MellowAds

Price : 0.03 btc

but note, suspended accounts can't place bids on websites, only network advertising is allowed.
so you can't use balance to place ads on epay only.  Undecided
