BTC vanished after withdrawal at BTC-E

Hello,
I had 2.8 BTC on my account on BTC-E. Yesterday I made a deal with someone and send him 1.5 BTC directly with withdrawing them from my BTC-E profile. The 1.5 BTC disappeared from my BTC-E profile but never appeared in his wallet.

What can I do? Is there a withdrawal history?

email support there, but be prepared for a slow reply, they will fix it eventually

I just submit a ticket a few minutes ago. Can it may be, that it simply takes up to a full day to make the transaction?

Okay thanks. Now it's proccessing. I did so many deals already on BTC-E and this never appeared. Seems like because of BTC.
