Hi

I m planing to setup Rig mining for ethr or litecoin

just for trail i m planing to install 2 MSI GAMING RX470 4GB on my existing mother board

what Mhz will this 2 gpu give me
 
also how much time it will take to mine 1 eth or 1 litecoin

also please suggest me which software to use and how to use and video tutorial will help

I suggest you to read some more in the forum.
Ltc is not mined with gpus any more and it's not mhz but mh/s.

According to http://whattomine.com/ a single RX 470 will do about 26 MH/s in Etherium mining (Ethash protocol), and 260 H/s in Zcash (Equihash protocol).  With tweaking of clock settings, you can get that higher.
