Recommendations for Auto-Switching Altcoin Pool that Pays out in BTC?

I have a meager 44 mh/s rig that I've been mining ETH with.  The difficulty has really gone up lately and now I'm looking for an altcoin mining pool that mines the most profitable coins, and then automatically converts and pays out in BTC.  Thanks.

you could try www.ahashpool.com as well.  I have used them, zpool, nicehash and hashrefinery.  Overall I stick with ahashpool , but the others worked fine for me as well.

In any case, sometimes NiceHash brings in more than they all together, and sometimes it's better to dig a few light coins and immediately change, the income will be ~20% more. The problem of all these pools (besides NH), they do not immediately add new coins, they have one limited set, between which you have to switch.
