88,880,000 SVC get paid out over the life of the project as part of the Proof-of-Change protocol.

Is not that too much?

It is or maybe Dev has a reason behind the 88,880,000 SVC supply..

The plan was to get as close as possible to having the entire 100m SVC for the POC protocol.
We just wanted to take out the minimum we needed to fund the project and seed the marketplace.

Yes, the limit is set to 25 participants for the signature campaign.
We have another bounty program coming out soon and we have a limited number of coins to distribute during these bounties so we have to set limits to make sure we stay within our bounty budget.

We are currently running a signature bounty, translation bounty will be announced today and a links contest tomorrow. While no specific coin totals are available immediately, these bounties provide excellent opportunities for bitcointalk users to acquire coins quickly and fairly easily.
We hope our current offerings provide enough of an incentive for people like yourself as we value your participation.

The most interesting and potentially rewarding bounty will be our 'Links Contest' which will be starting tomorrow.
That will be our final bounty and will be limited to 50 entries.

No, we are a new project.

There are no signs those projects are still alive.
There is no working website for either project and both bitcointalk pages ended in 2014 with just 1-3 pages.
And no exchange listing.

Hello, why can't I find the registry to receive 16 SilverCoins? Is it necessary to be invited by someone? Who has the invitation? Also, do you really think they will have a big impact with just signature campaign? This project didn't start in January?

That affiliate bounty is now closed. Our only bounties right now are those presented in the OP.

We did a pre-ANN/ANN in Jan. to collect feedback about the project while we launched the affiliate system, created the roadmap, wrote the whitepaper, setup the ICO and updated the website.

Now that we have a solid platform built we are starting our official launch phase, which began with this thread.

Yes, the SVC for the POC protocol will be escrowed by members of our team and locked out. When everything is ready, the coins will be locked into the protocol and no one will have access to them. They will only be released when earned, when we come online.
