Using GUIMiner, I'm getting 450 - 475 MH/s per card.
I'm using these cards: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127667

Can I get better performance using CGMiner, or is this hash rate what is expected from these cards?

I get about 580 from my cards. My clocks are: 1100mhz core, 150mhz mem. Cata 12.8 drivers, MSI AB as my clock and fan control. voltage is at 1.09 I think.

edit: using cgminer 3.1.0.

Thank you for your help! Would you mind sharing your settings you're using for cgminer 3.1.0? What's the command line you're running? I have 2 cards per computer, so I'll have to adjust acordingly.

Thanks again!

Hio Smiley

I use the -v -256 -f1 or -f70/ desktop mode flags with Guiminer and my 7870xt Tahiti LE/7870 Pitcairn gpus and getting a very descent 515 mhash/s @1200/750 with the one in my main rig.

I'll have to get back to you with the other gpu's stats. I think its running at 465-475 mhash/s, 1100/750.

Could you tell us what your temps are, and also the miner flags/settings used? I'm about 550 mhash at 1050.  Also, how did you get the memory clock so low? Mine won't go below the -150 offset.  It's annoying that afterburner won't allow me to set my voltage but trixx does.

wouldn't you get a bit more around 180 mem?

not sure if 7950's are the same, but for a 5870...  ~160 is optimum memory setting @ 1000 core, ~180-185 @ 1080

same thing, but with less voltage, 1.050 and cgminer 3.0.1
