They need phone verification, which I just never give to Bitcoin related services unless they're heavily regulated (basically none).

It wouldn't prevent spam, it would just move people to verify their account with fake and/or paid phone numbers.  I don't get why they bother.

That isnt all. They also use captcha, need email verification etc.  Angry Angry   Like wtf? are they like a Steemit Exchange or something?

If you have troubles making an account there I could sell you mine, I dont use it anyway.
I think you can change all the passwords so you will be safe.
I have 5.6$ worth of steam there so there prize will be 7$ in BTC.
Account has few nice posts, one follower and a good, easy to remember username(5leters, staring with a).
You are a newbie so You will have to go first with payments.

He can give it for free with any rank (not sure why being a Hero is required), but poptok doesnt want to as there is money value on the account.

It's a free market, and he can do whatever he wants (which I really doubt it give away the account for free). He could probably sell it to others for similar prices as well.

taking a break - expect delayed responses
