It is email send directly from Bitcasino or it looks like it is from them but in reality it is spoofed?
I've seen some spoofed emails with redirected users to fraudulent/fake websites instead.

Without full content of this email there is not really anything we can say about the case.
Please include it here.

Yes the OP is not specific enough. You right they do that and fake the website asking you to login and making it urgent by offering something free or by claiming your security is at risk and you must login to fix it. Once you enter password and username they get it.

It sounds like he is saying that he got an email from another place claiming the casino is fraudulent. I'm sorry but if you take the time to make a post about it here surely you could have screenshot it or something ? St least remember more ?

It would be better not to click on any links in the email should they ask you to reset your password via that link, nowadays there have been quite a number on this type of spoofed email send out to users email, the best solution would be to email directly to the support email of that casino, and clarify with their admin about what is happening.

Their emails usually come from cs@bitcasino.io and the links in the email always point to https://bitcasino.io

You have to verify the link, before you click on any of the links provided in these emails. They normally change the homepage address to redirect

you to another website. I normally type the address and do not click on anything in these emails, just to be safe.  Grin

What was in that email? Was that email from bitcasino or someone else? Who send you message and where and what was in that message?
You will need to be more specific when opening thread from what i see noone really knows what you are trying to say.
Update topic with all information.

I never believe any emails I get from casinos anymore.
I treat them all as phishing links.

Never click on anything in your spam folder either.
If you subscribed to a newsletter(by clicking on the check mark to uncheck it! Wink ) then that is a whole different story.
Because you opted into it when you signed up for an account with this casino.

if i not mistaken, i already got this kind of email too but it said about the promotions like raffles but when i asked here, they do not said anything about this huge raffles, just some normal raffles. But i already opened it but not yet clicked on that suspicious link. But they do not said anything after i told this fraud email from them. So are we suppose to wait for their reply? And i do not think that they will reply fast enough

Looks like this is quite serious,
if I can ask attached, some kind of screenshot of the email you get? So I can know what kind of cheating is in this intention, thank you

Why do OP didnt still give or show some screenshots on what been have sent to him? Public can judge if that email is from Bitcasino or not because we do all know there are lots of fraud emails which do make use of another site just to scam or phish people or to their victim. Most members here are requesting the same thing so that we would really have idea what to answer.

If you can provide a screenshot of the email, that would help to figure out if it is from the real bitcasino.io or just wanna-bes. Normally, what they send to users/clients email are promotion on freespins with a specific amount of deposit required and the promotion code included. Also, I want to reiterate that you should be careful in clicking those links that are in that email.

The guy plays on bitsler too. I see him very often in our chatroom(Philippines). I will make it a note to ask him when I see him again. although I am not very sure if he is the same person, or they just have the same username.

I dont know why, but am seeing allot of ambiguous threads in the forum by newbies or members these days. No one can decide anything about what the email was or who sent it exactly, whether it was a promotion or a fraud email by Bitcasino or any other sites.
We need full information about it to even accuse someone.

I had received a message regarding a fraud email / promotion that bitcasino.io is sending, I will make followup on these before make my self judgement if they become a scammers.
It's an old news dude. They're a fake casino since the day they were launched. If you are already playing there,it's time to stop.Anyway, please use a proper report format and present your accusation in the respective section of the forum.

While this thread is 120 days old, I just wanted to get your definition of a "fake casino" because as far as I know, Bitcasino does a great job of paying out when I win.

Why would a "fake casino" pay me (and others) what we are owed if they were "fake/scam?"

Some of these posts are so immature and irrelevant that hopefully people are able to weed out the FUD from the truth.

I agree that it is most likely a phisimg email. These scammers are infamous on sending these type of email so they can obtain your password. I work as a technical support for a giant american telecoms company and everyday you can encounter customers regarding that type of emails.

As advise to my customers and to all when you do not know the person do not click the email. In your case it is from a website if you do mot remember signing up then do not open it. If you did check the link if it is the real website. You should check by letter because this scammer sometimes will just change one letter on the website. If you are still unsure, contant their customer support and do not enter any password until you confirm it is a legit one.
