No worries. Just give your BTC address to Live Support and your payment gets through within minuts with 0% commission. You must have used different payment methods which takes longer than usual. My apologies for that.

I do not want to use BTC. I want to use the same method I used to deposit, which is either Ecopayz or Neteller. I keep waiting but really hope you process my payout within a couple of days from now on since I am already waiting for 14 days now for my payout of 3000 euro via Ecopayz.
The first payout of 1000 euro via Ecopayz went much quicker, within 24 hours, so its really disappointing that this second one is taking so much longer.
