Need a programmer for a quick change in bitcoin main.cpp file + creation win QT

As topic i need a programmer to change some lines in bitcoins main.cpp file for me (i am not good enough in C++ to understand why my forking does not work).
Right after that i need that to be compiled as-whole into the bitcoin-qt.exe for windows (I'm too stupid to manage doing that also :/ )

As I think this should take a skilled programmer and forker around here max. 10min of time, bounty is set to 0.25 BTC
