I have seen this update on twitter as well and where talks were with trade union and education BC recently. It will be much more effective to release the update as article when there is enough material to cover this meet up along with other things.

I guess someone was just pumping & dumping the OAX token because sadly the price has fallen by 33% today

I think this is just a correction. First it was pumped to +130%, but now it is only dropped by 33% as you say.
