Is was a great decision of you guys to join the Polkadot ecosystem. Ever since you guys announced about that news I am seeing OAX is nicely moving upward on Binance glad to be part of the OAX community

Actually they are confused what to do even they failed to achieve their milestone and now they find the new way to waste the time again. Recent pump is not big surprise it is happening almost with every project. They should have to release the working product instead of giving new plans.

As far as I remember, OAX planned to launch DEX exchange. All the time I thought they are going to be the first one with dex. In 2018 OAX has released dex demo which everyone was able to test at https://dex.demo.oax.org/. They even participated with this demo on "I-have-forgotten-the-name" event. OAX DEX was about the release on 2019, but something went wrong. Now some milestones are not achieved and they rebuilt their roadmap.

Right now, after visiting their webpage, after being few second on it, I cant easily say what there are doing. Creating a "resource for decentralized exchange" probably.

You're right. Several years ago, everyone believed that the OAX would be the pioneer and therefore the flagship of the DEXs. But alas ...
