Because of the current value..if the funadmental value was set by around 70 satoshi, the ico could have had the fundamental price to begin with. 2-3 satoshi price meaning buying in millions and dumping in millions..the project loses its overall weightage and it hurts the traders sentiments.

The price doesn't actually increased – it's the result of BTC price skyrocketing. It is an illusion. You may want to wait till BTC fork over after November 16 as it is believed that BTC price will drop– that is,  if you don't already have BTC now. People are stockpiling BTC now because of the folk which will give them (including me) extra new Segwit2x coins (1:1 ratio).
