I will try to answer on your behalf then if thats ok...

The ETH is still in the original contribution address so recycling this way is impossible.

They could of course have invested their own funds acquired prior to the ICO, but if the project failed I suspect people would find out via blockchain analysis and the devs aren't exactly unknown.

Please reinforce your words with real arguments. You just pour out the slops on prospective project, just before the ICO to be started. Every dev`s team has the right to do with gained ETH what they want, buy their own tokens or not, it is not forbidden. Why should the project  be failed because of this?

I really like the idea of hosting matchmaking betting but you should consider integrating CSGO matchmaking too. Also, we need to see more sites integrating the skincoin system so this will be a successful coin.
