If you contacted Kraken the same way as you're doing it in this Board I'm not wondering - this subboard is the gerrman part of bitcointalk as you may noticed by the titles of the other topics here.
But anyway. Krraken seems to be one of the slower exchanges concerning customer care. I registered myself 3 days ago and provided my Tier 2 details. But since then it just shows me "Processing" and I'm wondering what they want to verify. I'm not in the wether in the phone book nor in any other public register. Offcourse I would provide my collaboriation if they would need anything but since I already heard about their responsiveness in customer support I don't even dare to hesitate them.
But I think here in the board is at least one employee of kraken who take his business serious. You can watch out for him he has the kraken logo as avatar.
For me its ok. I can wait and there are also other interessting exchanges.
