Kraken tier3 verification error

When I try upload my documents for tier3 verification, i get the following error message:

Proof of residence: must be at least 98 KB and at most 3.0 MB.

However the document is a jpg, 728kb and 1654pixels x 2339pixels.

Does anyone know whats going wrong? Is there another chance to verify? I would like to asap. When I try contact kraken, i get no response at all.

Exactly the same problem here.
My document : png. , 1 070ko, 1626 x 1077 pixels
No answer form kraken.
Would anyone has encouentered this issue ?
All my money on the website is blocked because of that and I cannot buy anything...

If you contacted Kraken the same way as you're doing it in this Board I'm not wondering - this subboard is the gerrman part of bitcointalk as you may noticed by the titles of the other topics here.  

But anyway. Krraken seems to be one of the slower exchanges concerning customer care. I registered myself 3 days ago and provided my Tier 2 details. But since then it just shows me "Processing" and I'm wondering what they want to verify. I'm not in the wether in the phone book nor in any other public register. Offcourse I would provide my collaboriation if they would need anything but since I already heard about their responsiveness in customer support I don't even dare to hesitate them.

But I think here in the board is at least one employee of kraken who take his business serious. You can watch out for him he has the kraken logo as avatar.

For me its ok. I can wait and there are also other interessting exchanges.

I've had the same issue yesterday.

I've just printed out everything, made all pictures with my smartphone and tried it again 25 times.
Then it worked for me.

P.S.: Why are we speaking englisch in the german part of the forum?
Wieso wird hier Englisch gesprochen?

I know it's an old topic but since it's what people find when they google...
Unless kraken correct it the problem is: their tier3 form complain about the proof of residence even if it's the ID confirmation photo which is a problem.

It made me crazy I tried 26 things until I understand...

I hope it will help someone.

Das Problem vom ersten Beitrag war aber die Dateigröße die nicht den Vorgaben entspricht.

Aber wenn Google schon diesen Beitrag findet, wenn danach gesucht wird, dann schadet es nicht wenn mehrere Lösungen aufgelistet sind
