And when i sent him my refund address, he is NOW refusing to refund my 1 ETH after i canceled my DEAL with 64dimensions PLEASE HELP URGENT.
I dont control any private key , 1 eth was sent from an unrefunable exchange address.

And can you sign a message from a prior address on your account to prove you are the original owner?
