Is it safe to sell to Paypal?

I keep seeing people selling to paypal but thought that was a sure way to get scammed when they charge it back eventually.

Or has that changed?

Depends upon who you accept PayPal from.
If you deal with reputable trader with good history of PayPal to BTC and BTC to PayPal trades then it's less likely that they will reverse the payment ..

Exactly, I would say nothing changed. Have to proceed with cautions even after week they could still reverse it. So trusted guys I guess is the way to go

I agree, I've dealt with trusted people on the forum and never had a chargeback in my case. However, since paypal can be chargeback within 365 days from what I read from the internet, it is yet to be seen if they would do a chargeback from here. I hope not though, as having a negative balance will initiate paypal's action against the user unless it is paid back.
