I'm banned of Pocketdice.io ???! NO SOLVED!!!!!! AGAIN BANNED!

I dont undestand!

If you're using a broadband, they could have done an IP Range ban, which bans people using your broadband service as well..
Try searching the internet for their customer support and let them address the issue

Probably you use VPN and PocketDice banned someone who was using this same range of IP addresses or even this same address. Just turn off your VPN to check that, or write ticket to support. If you didn't do any suspicious transfers, or cheating, you can be sure that everything will be fine.

Do you use multiple accounts on their site? That is a good reason to be banned...

Send message to their support asking why you got banned if you don't know why, to say the truth, you should did it before opening a thread here about this issue.

Not sure why an online casino would want to ban a user from betting, ever. Unless they are a sports book which pocket-dice is not there is no reason of banning anyone, as the more gambling volume they achieve, the more profits theoretically they will get. For example just dice and primedice both allow multiple accounts.

Did you abuse anything on their site like faucet or giveaways? Tell us what you did in full detail first.

I'll explain what happened.
Two days ago I opened an account in pocketdice.io.
When I registered, I did not accept any email, so I used the login option with my facebook account.
Today I spent a few hours in Pocketdice.io and I used the faucet about 4 or 5 times. Of course as the site leaves to use the faucet: free credits every 30 minutes.
At one point the site stopped working, I made refresh refresh the page and it was already banned.
There was no warning of any bad behavior on my part. I just got banned from Yuuto.

Also have you got any sort of balance on the site that you can't withdraw as a result of the IP ban?

If you have never deposited and kept claiming the faucet it could be possible that they have banned you for suspected faucet abuse. But it may be something else you did that you forgot or didn't write.

I swear that what I wrote earlier is what happened. Do not use any software, script, boot ... anything.

I honestly do not understand why I was banned. If I had done something I knew to be illegal, I would not be writing about it. I also did not find an email so I could send them asking why I was banned.

I think this ban is from DDOS service provider of pocketdice, I have also faced similar situation with blocktrail few days back. If your IP or ISP is suspected of being involved in past DDOS attack, than this DDOS protection services will just backlist your IP or ISP and you can't access any of the site to whom they provide their services.

Your IP may change if you restart your router but if not then you have to contact pocketdice support. Can't find their support email but you can send direct message through their site.

Today when I start my router I can login without any problem and with my account. Anyway send a message to the support to find out what the problem was.

Yes I encountered this problem also which I can't access the site alone so If I were you if the site is allowing to use VPNs to logging in of course, which I guess is yes,  maybe you can use it to access the site, or you can follow what this quoted post said instead.

PM their account on this forum. They have a representative on bitcoin talk that seems to be active every now and then. If you can't get their attention on support then you should comment on their thread and complain about the issue, until it is resolved.

But that is assuming that what you said was truthful. There is as I said a possibility that you're suspected to be multi accounting with faucet abuse.
