Bitcoin unconfirmed after 10+days due to low fee?

My bitcoins are still unconfirmed to this day and ive been trying to figure out a way to get them back into my wallet/confirmed. I used the coinb.in wallet to send this transaction originally. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try submitting your transaction ID to this website on the hour every hour until it says successful. The viabtc mining pool will confirm your transaction if your transaction's accepted.

Now you just need to wait until ViaBTC mine a block and your transaction should confirm. Will probably take a few hours... they average around 5-10 blocks a day... so you hopefully won't need to wait more than 12-24 hours.

Next time, make sure you use correct fees. Coinb.in wallet even has a little (?) icon that takes you to bitcoinfees.21.co... use it!

EDIT: damn... you got lucky! ViaBTC mined a block like 5 minutes later! Included In Blocks 469366 ( 2017-06-02 12:11:15 + 18,161 minutes ) your transaction is all confirmed

Its freaking insane how long it takes, I mean what do we need to do, pay 5$ fees for a 20$ transactions? Hehe I have no clue... 2 transaction past 2 days and same story each times, takes 4-5+ hours I mean like now sending 20$ I pay roughly 1$ fees.. thought it would be OK but I guess I need to up that more again.
