I am buying BTC in bulk via Paypal or Bank transfer (Can start small and go up to $50k).
Can pay preev.com+5%

I can provide proof of successful transactions, and I can provide my full identity (linkedin profile, ebay profile with 400+ feedbacks, ID, etc).

My bank account is from the US. My country of citizenship has big arbitrage opportunity at this time, and I couldn't get approval at some exchanges to start trading.
