I also feel same like you, but i always coming back to gambling because i already lost much money on it and i want it back but it not works. I really hate myself that can't control my gambling habbit, actually i just lose all my coins that i receive from 1 month work.

For me it's ok to lose as long it was not the real money that i have invested in. When i am gambling online i use the money i earned and mostly i am circulating it on gambling sites. Not just for fun but to also experiment and try the gambling sites that i read in the community. Each in everyone of them has gigs and whats hard is the withdraw process. Cause i think some sites don't really have many team members and off course common problem the transaction delays. But other than those i like gambling and try new sites.

So here you need to play gambling game with a particular strategy instead of the simple gambling .
My trick for the gambling is that double the amount of the bet if you lost and if you win then start with the small amount of bet .
So in this way you will get always your profit back .
But don't try this trick at the dice or at play card sites casino .
Use at the sports gambling sites because here you don't need to fight against the house edge of the site .

That's the part when you do a YOLO. That's one of the things that I do when I gamble, but recently I don't gamble anymore because of the possibility of me losing everything in an instant. What I can suggest is that you research on some strategy and probably apply it in your own way. You could also use dice bots so you could improve and be more precise in what you are trying to do with your bets.

There was topic about this. Some guy was testing martingale on sport bets and i see he gave up. Guess why.
It's not worth time and it's definitely worth of money.

well in some logic yes gambling is much better for those who have a lots of bankroll so they can able to make some bounce back after losing their money but it should be practice only as a source of enjoyment instead of taking it seriously because the problem can be much bigger if getting addicted.

the first advice is to stop gambling and stop wasting your money ! either you can gamble with fake money than you will not lose your real money .but if you can't stop gambling you should know where you put your money in gambling like to bet in football games or basketball games and you bet for biggest clubsto win .it's true than you don't earn a lot of money but it's better than losing all your money .

As some people have suggested here, to not lose in gambling is to stop gambling. Stop gambling is an effective way to not lose in gambling. I believe this is an effective way but many people can not do this, maybe one of the causes is addiction. Or maybe if you do not want to lose all tokens on gambling it's better to use only part of it and save some others and do not use it. If you do this I'm sure you will not lose all tokens on gambling.

Most probably you will never get any working idea to stop your losses. But I am sure that people may come up here suggesting you to gamble smartly or suggesting you to go for some strategies but end of the day your fate will not get changed. The only option in front of you must be changing your attitude toward gambling.

Try to gamble for free of cost, that may help you preventing losing from your hand.

Don't gamble in the first place if you don't want to lose any. Or try to use bankroll management so even if you lose, you can play more before you lose it all. Most people i know bet based on whim and that's the reason they lose all their money quickly. And the last thing, only gamble what you can bear to lose.

I don't know what people are expect to hear really? There are no rules, tricks or methods to help you win all the time.
If you risk you money in a casino there is no way to prevent loses. You will lose sooner or later.

Stop gambling is the best answer but here might be a better response:

You can't expect people to feel sorry about your "loss" since you didn't lose someone important. You simply lost money and there's no way you have to cry about that. Stopping gambling is not an easy thing to do so you have to focus your attention to something else instead. Think about the things that you used to do but never had the time to do. A good example of this is watching a movie in the cinema. Most people act like they are too tired or too busy on a Saturday/Sunday night to go to the movies with their family.

You can also simply just find another hobby. A hobby that can entertain you just as much as gambling. If you're a boy, then you're probably into games like Cs:Go or Dota or whatever. You can also watch a movie, binge-watch a TV series, etc. Just because you've been gambling for your leisure time, doesn't mean you have to spend the rest of your life doing it especially now that you realized it has become unhealthy for you financially.

Just stop gambling, you can't ever win in long term on gambling. And as a hobby, you are actually throwing money away because you are bored. You could try faucet or demo gambling, its the same stuff, but you don't give your own money away. Or just find a more normal hobby that doesn't involve money.

If you just gambling when you are bored stop it and consider to switch to altcoin investing instead. You will likely have higher chances to make profit and it makes a lot more fun to find and research altcoin "pearls" for investing.

you will never lose it all if you will stop that type of hobby you said, you feel like gambling isn't actually for you well many people felt the same thing for sure . and it looks like you didn't want to waste lots of your coins so I'll suggest you to try another things or hobby where you will never lose anything, because gambling is only for people who are ready for a risk which is losing their money .

I won't hold the belief that gambling is not made for some specific set of people because its a code who does not put interest in mind when the designers where doing that and based on that, the infrastructure does not even know the person that is coming to play on it. Its just based on chance and nothing else. What I would say is OP should just go for another form of gambling with less risk like sport gambling which the majority of the analysis would have been done. All that will be left is just making the choice.
