Yeah that's an ample thing to do and quiting is the best ways for you to do now, because I see that based on the statements I had read; you are out of control and you lost a lot of btc as well as altcoin token which supposed to be money. To prevent that to be happening again just sell your token and btc and exchanged it to fiat cash then deposit to fiat cash banks so that you can save your money for future emergency use.

It is quite easy, do not bet all your token.  That way you will not lose all your tokens  .   Kidding aside,  you should learned how to manage your bankroll, plan ahead and know how much you wanted to lose.  Aside from that if you feel like luck is not on your side, better quit early and play another day.

Have some funds put to 1 side which you wont care if you lose, dont break this amount ever.  If you aren't having fun you have a problem and need to get help.  You could always try trading as its very much like gambling with all the alts these days.

chances are you afraid of missing out on all that you have, because it has some funds on 1 side or better if you try to follow the trading there is very much a wide range of gambling it will bring a lot of bitcoin if you are lucky

if you keep losing that means that gambling is not for you, period. you may not have the skill or right mindset about money management that's why you always lose. people lose money a lot if times in gambling but there will be times when you'll also get lucky so if you're constantly losing, better re-asses how you're dealing with gambling

I do really strongly believe that there are lucky person on this world and there are some which is not no matter how they play gambling.We do definitely experience lose on playing it because results are fully random which means we can be sure what would be the outcome on a certain bet or even on whats ahead.Losing up money or tokens is normal thats why we should really be aware on when to stop  in order to avoid a messed life.

The things that we see in the movies where they make fortune from gambling and spend a life full of fun aren't real. Imagine what we could've done with all the money or btcs we've lost woth gambling. Looking back, it fills me with regret seeing that i could've made a good trading capital with all the money i've lost. We can't avoid becoming greedy when we gamble and though some of us fortunately are able to control themselves in time, some find it very hard until they lose more than their money.
