The easiest way not to lose all your tokens and btc on gambling is yes you have to have to stop gambling, that's the only way you could not lose all of them and maybe store them somewhere safe like a hardware wallet or something like that with private keys to secure them.

I think he needs to leave the gambling places and not come back in the other way unless he wants to enjoy the games like what we did. even if we lose all of our money, we need to get away from the places as soon as we can because, in the end, we can lose all of our money without any chances for us to recover the money. it is better if we still have our money than we lose all of the money so we can try to come back in another day.

But it is happened becasue we want more and more from gambling. If you change your thinking and play gambling for games and only for fun and entertainment then you never be said that gambling is not for you. In gambling expect that you will lose tokens, maybe It's better not to gamble if you don't want to lose, so that you will not be regret after losing.
Many gambler says that theirs a strategy but I don't know that strategy. IF your lucky day then you will win If it's not then lose.
Don't waste your all your token for playing.

In short they do already know that they are just fooling out thereselves since they do know on what would be the common results in the end of the day on playing gambling which is actually on losing money if you arent lucky enough on a certain day they you will lose but theres still winning days but would really be smaller on ratio or percentage than on loss.If you dont like for it to happen then its better not to gamble too much.

I think people should feel bad when they lose small amount in starting itself so what will happen is that they would think 10 times before gambling. If they start feeling nothing when they lose smaller bets it is very much possible that they will continue gambling in longer time by placing smaller bet and mostly will lose out. May be even if they start betting big and lose their self respect or their behavior may still be same irrespective of losing the big amount towards gambling.

Applying forex trading concept?  Anyway, I also think money management is really needed in  anything that we do especially in a gambling games where we are very uncertain of a result. It will not hurt to bet  in a smaller amount and if the intention is just for playing and not winning a huge amount.  Uncontrolled gambling and poor management of fund can really cost us alot so I guess, we should at least learn this stuff if we really wanted to play and gamble.

Gambling is not even for everybody. Gambling is built for the sole purpose of fun and entertainment, and not as a hobby. You better stop gambling, it's disease for you especially if you can't handle yourself. Try to find any way to sort your "When I'm bored" hobby, Gambling isn't really that a friendly industry to start off.

Don't gamble at all. There's no way that you ain't going to lose a single dime in gambling. Gambling's objective is to take all of your money or tokens, Even the luckiest or the smartest person in Gambling industry lose too. Every person is vulnerable to losing, we may have been a lucky day but most of the time it would be your worst day.

Well, if you are not able to actually control yourself while gambling you should quit it, if you don't want to lose tokens/btc/any other currency while gambling, you should only gamble with the money you can afford to lose. You should keep a limited amount of money for gambling too. And as you say you start to feel stressed about your lost money, just quit at that point. Trying to win back your loss may not work in most situations so it would be better to completely stop gambling.

Drugs actually make you feel good, but too much of it gets you addicted. That is why it is banned by governments. The chance of getting addicted to drugs is pretty high and not everybody has a high tolerance to addiction. If you just play for fun, then the chances of you getting addicted is quite lower.

There is no spell that can make you stop gambling and suddenly make you recover what you lost, while you were gambling. Best way to gamble and not loose everything is to make asset class allocation, it's something most of the gamblers don't do and they end up paying a huge price. This way, you define your gambling limit and you only play that much and come back later if it's your bad day.
